Stronglight 44t x 3/32 130 bcd SS chainring (no pins, ramps etc)
Bought this to lower the gearing on my Salsa Casseroll SS from 72 to 66 gear inches. I ride this bike w/o foot retention at a leasurely pace and stock gearing can be a bit much on hills. Cost $19.50 with free shipping from Wheel & Sprocket. Sugino makes a comparable chainring for their RD2 cranks, but it costs significantly more.

the build is still in progress so it has not been on the road but the build quality is superb.Originally Posted by Lilcphoto
How is it?
i cost me 4x the ACS freewheel i returned but it is completely worth it.
-everything is machined not stamped
-sealed bearings
-3 pawls and great engagement
-it is actually round (chain tension stays constant)
my only "concern" is drag. in the stand there is a fair amount of drag but this could go away after it breaks in. it is pretty common for good sealed bearings to have a lot of seal drag when new.
it is actually probably a good thing. after all, this is a freewheel on a cyclocross bike. a little drag will be worth a reliable freewheel. (clean bearings)
GONE~

26.0mm version.

I cracked my x/a Stem so I got a 1/a instead.

I'm fine with the amount of drop actually and can stay in there for a relatively long time but I can't wear backpack/messenger bag because it slides off...
So it's mostly for show, I got it at a..."good" price. I might use it, might not.
Is that illeniC stem any good?

It's funny how we always forget things in a move.... I brought my parts bin but not my entire park tool set. I have a feeling I'm going to accumulate another set of park tools living here.
Anyways I just got back from sport chalet and I was pretty surprised to find park tools cheaper here than bike island..

&

Which I'm going to use to install a pair of gossamers :

Hush you haters; it doesn't look that bad in person and the more you look at it, the better it looks. Anyway I got this for less than a benjamin shipped. Forgot to mention but leader totally put this frame up for auction on ebay due to small machining marks... as the supposed scratches on it are under the clearcoat.

Yeah $53 at Speedgoat is good. Too bad it's $29 shipping to Canada. Now I just hope I don't get smacked with crazy duty and taxes.Originally Posted by vw02
