Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

I just realized I posted this in the wrong thread.
Yeah I won't be going back. It's a shame the specialized shop is still listed as dealers on the dealer directories of those brands.

I got an Aeon in white. Best part was it was on sale as overstock for the new colors.

Friend of mine/riding buddy has one, in that neon greenish yellow color. Didn't try it on, but it felt lighter than my helmet, which certainly isn't a brick. Must be nice to ride with.

Cables, housing, and grease. And I sold my Deda track drops today, so parts and lunch were basically free. Time to rebuild the Shogun.

Their stuff isn't that nice, and I'm not crazy about their looks either.

$125 bnib(ag)... that's about the most i'd pay

i have some other pretty nice stuff but it just doesn't fit or feel as good as ralph... worth twice the price tho? diminishing returns.

If I ever find it for the right price, it shall be mine. Just looks like its quality product. Looked through the jackets and couldn't help but laugh at the price of the Mac softshell. $700 for a jacket? ***** please.

Although, next winter, I'll probably pay full price for that merino winter collar. Would be so much better than the bandanas/shemaghs I've been wearing out in the cold.

Just placed the order for the goodies to use my flip/flop in fixed (18T gear, lock ring, etc). I've been just SS since I had it converted a few years ago.
