This is awesome, glad to see there are others in the area. Im at the UC, JC and Hoboken border. I'll have my bike ready and in action in 2 weeks, and my friend may be moving in with me and he is down to ride.

Maybe we should start a Hudson County FG/SS group on facebook?

Nice to see some other riders in the area. This weekend will be real nice weather wise. What do you guys think? Saturday Sunday?? Hoboken/JC Liberty State park loop and then some beers back in Hoboken?? We could also go into the City and ride. Any suggestions??

Was just at that shop myself, picked up some tubes. They said Friday will be the official opening, Mayor will be there and some free giveaways.

Can't make the May 3rd ride though, relatives visiting that weekend. You can catch me nights though, riding up and down the bike path from the Colgate sign to Newport.

Not sure if its anyone on here, but cruising down Palisade ave in Union City aroun 9pm I saw two fg/ss riders. Guy and a girl, one had a white bike, and the girl looked like she was having the time of her life, or like someone just told her the best joke ever.

Good times yesterday. Rode up the Hudson, rode uptown for a little, rode back down the hudson and finished off the day with cold beers, good food and bad service :mad:. All i have is one crappy cell phone pic -

just got my bike together, i probably need a few days of riding by myself to get used to it, and to also get a front brake still.

Besides, don't you guys drink and party on a saturday night? I doubt I'll be able to function on a bike at 10am.

What about an after work cruise. There are some good wing and beer specials in Hoboken on Tuesday, or even monday there is a place with free wings. I could be ready to ride by 6pm
