Kilo TT and panniers?

I've seen a photo and it can be done. Does anyone have experience or any insight to offer? Photos even? I'm looking at some Tubus stuff - the Cargo and the Logo. I know there's a towny thread, and a whole forum for commuting ... I've searched everything I can think of.

Also this is not for major touring, just to help me carry some extra stuff around the neighborhood. I probably don't need the extra burly-ness of a Tubus rack if I'm limited to only trunk style packs. I'm considering a front rack too. Been eyeing https://www.rei.com/product/787958 front tray, but with only a 20lbs max. could never be too usefull either. Or how it would look on my kilo.

Maybe a big Wald rear basket mounted to the top of the Tubus cargo...

Thanks for any ideas, help.
Alex
