Cost of anodizing rim

After pouring through threads and posts about machined vs. non-machined and running a brake, my head is spinning to say the least. A buddy of mine mentioned that another option is sending them in and having the surface anodized. Anyone have an idea of how much this would cost?
Thank youuuuu
