Tommaso Augusta 650c front

I currently own a Tommaso Augusta, and it has barspin clearance with 700c, but horrible toe overlap.

I was wondering if anyone has the same bike as me and how much clearance there is with 650c, and if theres any toe overlap?

Im just wondering before i purchase one.

Thanks!

you get used to toe overlap. if your toe overlap concern is with barspins, get a bike that's meant to do barspins. 650 front on a 700 fork will handle terribly.

i know you get used to toe overlap, but my friend has a swobo sanchez, and he has 0 toe overlap with a 650c on is bike, and my fork is alot straighter than his.

i was just wondering if someone had a bike like my mine, that also had a 650c laying around they could put on and see if there is toe overlap.

i really doubt there would be any overlap with a 650 but it depends on how much overlap you are getting right now. if half of your clips are hitting on a 700 then maybe just the front of your clips will overlap if you change to a 650. but if you are getting a little overlap atm then you probably wont get any with a 650.

Borrow your friend's 650 wheel and try it?

Nevermind the handling issues, lower bottom bracket, etc...

not really a friend i would say, some one i ride with.haha

Can someone explain the BB issue with tricks and what-not on track bikes? Some one told me on some bike the bottom bracket is to low so your cranks could snap while doing wheelies or something. n0ob qu35tion

i think the issue is that doing tricks on a track bike is kinda stupid. and how would your bottom bracket get even lower if you were doing a wheelie?
