Anyone use these or something similar?
I'm tempted into buying them, but I have had a hard time finding any info on them at all.

I haven't used those pedals, but Rino's been around for a long time; at least since the 70s.

check in classic & vintage. if they are NOS (new, old stock) they probably aren't made anymore (which is probably why you haven't heard anything about them). i think the general opinion of cambio rino was that they made middle-high end stuff. they produce(d?) full bicycles, not just components.

by looking at the pedals, i would say the plus is that they look like you can overhaul them easily, the minus looks like where the cage attaches to the pedal is a little thin to be used for fixed gear. mks, for example, has a wide attachment area. if that point bent and broke near the bolts, not only would you then have a broken cage, but i bet finding a replacement for such a rare part would be quite difficult.

plus they are hella expensive! unless you are building up some show-bike that hardly gets ridden i would get something different, but that's just me.

Sweet, I totally want pedals that use a proprietary toeclip that I can't find anywhere.

I sure hope they cost a ton.

I say unequivocally, don't get them. All toe clips need to be replaced eventually, and if you have to spend a month searching, it's just not worth it.

Incidentally, does anyone have a spare toeclip for the SR's at the top of the page (I know I should just give up and buy a GR-9)
