crank/bb questions

I have an old fuji Super Tourer converted. I was wondering what some cheap/alright bb and cranksets and what would be compatible with the frame. Thanks in advance

Just get the Sugino RD crankset and matching bottom bracket.

It would be more helpful to know rear dropout spacing (probably 126mm) and what rear wheel/hub you've got but the Sugino will probably work regardless.

Are those FSA cranks going to get the job done? They look decent, will I ever regret not getting something nicer if I am just doing 5-10 mile rides and commuting

fix your chainline or tension.

You're not going to be have any meaningful performance advantage with the IRO cranks over the FSA/RPM cranks. The cranks won't "wear out" unless you obsessivly change your BB or strip out the threads removing your pedals. The IRO cranks are just prettier.

The best deal for cranks is sqare taper campy Veloce cranks on ebay. Forged, nice finish, and can be had for under 50 dollars with chainrings on ebay.

Will all of those BB's fit my frame? I havent taken the cranks off yet because I would need a new pin to put them back on so I am not sure on sizing and what I have down there currently

xconverge, cranks are cranks - they'll all do the job, so don't worry about getting top-end cranks. the more expensive cranks will be lighter, maybe a bit stiffer. get whatever you can afford and upgrade down the road if you feel the need ..
