Need Opinions
So I found this bike on craigslist for $350 and I was looking for opinions. I know for a fact that some of the parts arn't that great, but I think the frame is good. I'm looking to upgrade it eventually.
Frame: Panasonic DX-1000 @58cm
Handlebars: Chrome Track Drops
Stem: Chrome Threadless Stem
Fork: OEM
Front Wheel: Weinmann Deep V, 32-hole
Rear wheel: Weinmann Deep V, 32-hole
Tires: Kenda Kontender
Crankset: Shimano
ChainWheel: Origin 8 110/130 46t
Bottom Bracket: OEM
Saddle: Velo Road Saddle
Seatpost: OEM
Pedals: Black MKS
Chain: 1/8"
Cog: 15t
I know the deep v's and cranks aren't too great, but I'm not too sure how everything else looks. I was thinking I would talk him down to $300 and wondering what would be some points to help with this feat.
here's the link to the listing:

Thanks

Wouldn't give him more than $150 for it. The only thing worth a crap on it is the wheelset.
Angles on it look real slack and I bet it's not a real fun bike to ride.
I'd buy a kilo tt from BD and slap some decent wheels, seat, stem, and bars on it, and have a ton better bike for just a couple hundred more.
That, or just keep looking.

Bikes: Mercier Kilo TT Pro, Schwinn Le Tour Conversion, Free Spirit polo beater, Cervelo P2T, aluminum tandem.
For tree-fitty you could get a new Kilo TT.
Anyhow, anyone who says that bike is only worth $150 is probably underestimating. The Weinmanns on there (which look to be new) sell for $150 alone.
It really depends on the condition of the bike. But it actually looks to have relatively new or well-cared-for parts. If the bike is actually in average or bad condition I retract my earlier statement.
