How to replace Bike head badge

I just repainted my bike. Does anyone know how to replace the head badge? thanks.

Bikes: univega conv- Iro mark v

i've used automotive amazing goop for a decal set i cut myself. it's used in the industry for re-attatching auto trim so it's definitely the same kind of procedure. dries clear but takes a full 24 hours to dry if you can deal witht that.
