Need help with bike restore

I bought an old 1980s bike frame. Can I use the bottom brackets, seat posts, and stems of current new bikes and put it on my bike? Thanks in advance

you've gotta post info (w/ pics preferably) of the frame if you want any help whatsoever. That includes make and model.
