another new frame advise thread..

So im looking to upgrade my slighty to big windsor the hour to something better. Im not looking for anything outrageous bc i really only use it to ride around and have fun with.

Choices:
1) Bike Island Kilo Frameset
2) Pake frameset
3) Eight Inch Scrambler Frameset
4) Or something you guys can suggest me. Preferably under 300 if possibly bc i am gunna wanna upgrade the cranks and things as well.

Any advise, hate, or whatever is fine by me.

Thanks

What about the Motobecane Jury? I'm currently saving my pennies for a chrome one.

I don't know that any sub-$300 frameset will be an upgrade from a windsor the hour... but between those, i might go with the kilo.

Bikes: Fuji Cross, Soul Cycles Hooligan, Motobecan Fantom Team, Leader SS being built!

After doing a lot of research I just ordered a Leader 720tr (only $179) and realized I accidentally ordered a 50cm frame instead of the 53 I needed. I called and left a message (I am on the EST, they are PST). I received a call back from one of the owners, they happened to be out of the size in the black so he upgraded my frame for free (to the 721) and threw in a couple of free chain tensioners. He also assured me the bike would go out today. That is pretty darn good customer service. I am building up this SS with a collection of new and used parts to be a pretty darn nice bike IMHO. I will post a separate thread of my build as it comes along.

p.s. I am a Motobecane owner, but I wanted an aluminum frame and this deal seemed too good to pass up. I did consider the Dawes, but I just liked the looks of the Leader better.

alright well then what sub-400 dollar frames would you recommend? Im not exactly looking for an upgrade really just more so a bike that fits me better and is alittle better than the hour. I know the kilo has better tubing than the hour so.
