are these replaceable dropouts?

could these be replaced with track ends? Its a gios frame btw.

Yup, those are replaceable dropouts. The plate that is connected by those three allen screws should come off.

I'm not sure why you would want to replace them with trackends though. The adjustability of moving the dropout should take care of chain tension. Plus, since it is a vertical dropout, you don't have to worry about axle slip.

oh! I didnt notice that you can slide the dropout aswell..the perfect bike :)

because the seller is a moron. thats why he put a reseve on it aswell.
oh and look how he is saying that the headset and BB will cost extra. some
