Kilo tt components on a Fuji track

Recently picked up a fuji track frame 08 for pretty cheap. I wanted to switch out a couple of the stock components on the Kilo onto this frame ( too poor to buy new parts) I know the seatpost, headset, stem, and seatpost are all to small and will not fit in the fuji. I couldnt find the bb sizes and was wondering if that would fit along with the crankset on the fuji.

Sell the fuji frame? or Sell kilo tt partly whole and rebuild the fuji?
