But honestly it is kind of sad that most vegetarians don't know the difference between unfermented and fermented soy (Also grains in general).

Awesome! Do you like breading on your pork chops? My favorite is the breading with some spices and herbs mixed in. When that starts sizzling, my kitchen smells so nice.

I like breading things in corn flakes(i think its more a nostalgia thing, my mom did it when i was a kid) and mixing in whatever herbs i've got. Any recomendations for herb/spice combos that are good?

I don't know exactly what's in them but the 4C Seasoned crumbs are my favorite, since it's also what mom used when I was little. If you're at the supermarket, pick some up.

Once I made a breading of Cheezit crackers and happiness. It was amazing.

So, what is syn leather made of? I didn't see that mentioned, I'd imagine it's gotta be petrochemical.

As for my meat intake - I know where it comes from. About 10% I kill in the wild. About 50% is raised drug free by local 4H kids. The remainder is either industrial factory farmed or wild caught fish.

Vegans can be silly, a friend of mine wanted a Mustang but they only came with leather wrapped steering wheels; so she wouldn't buy it. I made sure to tell her where loctite came from. She's not in my group of friends anymore, but I'm sure she's driving a Prius somewhere.

There's problems with everything when you look at a FULL life cycle assessment. I mean... a lot of my produce is shipped from the US or AU. I don't even want to think about how much fuel is used to transport and refrigerate across an ocean. And the heat created in building that ship?! And the heat created from making all the raw materials for it?

If you want to get on a soap box it better be the one in your personal garden where you grow your own $hit.
I was just trying to say that i really dont care who eats meat and who doesn't. My garden sustains me all summer and fall, and I have a local market in which i buy my produce the rest of the year. I'm not looking for a fight here I just want people to do what they is right for them. Take it easy
