Bridgestone 400 and Miyata Ninety

I just picked both these bikes up and needless to say, they both need a definite cleaning all the way through. I am not really into geared bikes anymore, but plan on selling these. I am thinking they would both be good candidates for single speeds. I would re-pack all of the bearings, re-grease, new grips or tape, cables, and throw an ACS freewheel on them. What does everyone think? The Bridgestone has a little rust and a few cosmetic blemished here and there, but the Mayata's paint is actually in pretty good condition. Both bikes have aluminum 27's but I do not think I could re-use the stock crank from the Miyata. Any comments appreciated.
