Some of the Chrome backpacks are intended to be warn a little lower. I had a similar experience with my Backbone. Loosen the straps and it should become a lot more comfortable. I actually tighten the bag when I get OFF the bike and loosen it when I get on. It felt strange at first since I've been using a mess bag for a decade, but it made a huge difference in comfort.

Yeah I have the same pack and just recently got it. Went from a sag life messenger bag to this and I have loved it.

And vegi is right. I wear mine lower on my back from when I started riding with it. It has been noticeably more comfortable
