Use the search function. This is discussion comes up more frequently than the local weather on The Weater Channel.
They work good for the price, but they aren't Velocity's Deep Vs.

don't forget to check what the hubs are. formulas/iro hubs are a great deal. Decent quality and cheap. Joytech/dimension/milwaukee(i think thats what they are) are also decent, but i prefer the formulas. Most premade track wheelsets will come with one of these two.
