my weels kit my frame?
I just finish building up my new fixie but i was disappointed to find that when i put some Riser handle bars on my wheel hit my frame when i tried to do bar spins. after further investigation i think what happened is the guy i bought my forks from cut them super short?? is there any easy fix for this or do i need new forks?
in the meen time i threw on some bull horns, (witch i hate) and a front brake just until i can get my forks set up right.
i will post some images of the bike for a visual reference hope you can help

The steerer tube being cut short has nothing to do with your wheel hitting the frame.
There are some solutions if you really need to barspin.... headtube extender, 29er fork (maybe), 650 front wheel...

you'd have to buy either a trick specific fork or an mtb fork, check www.tricktrack.org

OK, I think I understand.
When you try to do a bar spin your handlebar hits the frame - right?
If that's the case, you could try installing a steer tube extender. That'll raise your handlebar around 2 1/2" or 3". You can judge by where the handlebar hits now whether that's going to be enough.
You'll also have to decide for yourself whether that'll be styling.

how close is it? if it's rubbing you might be able to get away with a tiny front tire, like a 700x19 or something.
easiest is probably to throw a skinny tire on a mtb wheel. hell if you need to pull one off a huffy or whatever you find in the garbage

the solution to this problem is a headtube extender. it's what it was made for.

no its not gonna make his fork any longer, but what it will do is increase the space between his tire and his down tube. thus making it able to mad bar spins... (as long as you put the spacer on the bottom of he head tube)you could just run a 23 tire that worked on my markV i had
