Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

there is going to e toe overlap on most if not all "track" bikes. there is no pedals on this one, so it looks like less, but once they're on, you'll see

Hard to say. How long are your toe clips?

it looks like a Felt, the top tube, head tube, seat tube, and fork all look similiar to Felt TK tubing (though definitely not this year's). It's likely that it's not an old Felt though, due to the unique chainstay/dropout design. It's definitely not a Fuji, and it doesn't look like one of the new Leader frames either.
