I'll agree that probably not, my dad who is 5,10 though long of arm and torso has ridden my 58 with the seat lower

Bikes: Too many bikes, too little time to ride

not too big if you have long arms

5'9" here, with legs far too short for my height, and I ride a 54. If you are normally proportioned, I think you'll be fine with a bit of minor adjustment.

Definitely depends on geometry. What kind of Fuji is it? If its laid back road frame, you will probably be okay. But if its tight track geo then you will either have to ride with the seat super low, or it could even be too big. I am 5'9 and have ridden everything from a 52 to a 56 depending on the geo.
