Help identify these bikes
I picked up 2 10 speeds bikes today

one was made by "ST" called a "tour de france" and the the other was a "Hiawatha" "pacesetter". I wanna convert one of these into a single speed but I dont know anything about these 2 bikes .... like who is ST ?
