Brake Lever Help Please

i have dual pivot caliper brakes - tektro standard mtb levers.

they are mounted on some swobo riser bars (24mm i believe).. i want some smaller levers - i have small hands and crosstop levers fit much nicer. after having a conversation with a mechanic though I dont like the idea of trading braking power with a crosstop mechanism for a more comfortable lever.

anyone know of some mtb-style levers (that pull the actual cable, rather than the crosstop mechanism) that are small, compact like crosstops - perhaps even have a similar attaching system to compensate for varying bar diameters?

thanks!

PS this is for a singlespeed - so both front and bake brakes.
