Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

I don't actually read every post on every section of BF, I just came across the link and thought it would be of interest to the FG/SS crowd. I am so sorry to have wasted six minutes of your life, making you suffer through that horrific video for the second time. Personally I have little interest in FG/SS but found the video very entertaining and admire the rider's skill. Hope you can get over yourself sometime soon.

Those tight pants hipsters make a mockery out of the beautiful and graceful sport FG riding represents. I think it's disgusting how they try to take over this sport.

Everyone knows that you can only wear jeans, wear a messenger bag and Zen brakeless through traffic to fully appreciate the sport.

oh no, I just became that guy!
