Sylvan lites: comfortable?

Hi, I'm thinking of getting sylvan lites on a new set up and was wondering what you guys thought of it for riding for semi long periods of time and such. I'm coming from gr-9's on the other bike and those I really like since i wear soft soled shoes when i ride and the platform. I was also thinking of trying sylvans or some cheap wellgo track pedals. if you have any other suggestions, i would love to hear them.

thanks
