Riser Bars for 26 stem?

Who makes a riser bar for a 26mm stem? Also is it safe to run a shim for 25.4mm bars? I would rather not use the shim but I might have to. Thanks!

It's completely safe to run a shim. You can buy one https://www.benscycle.net/index.php?m...roducts_id=353 or make one out of an aluminum can.

electical tape can slip... not so good.

if you have a 4 bolt clamp stem, you can get away without a shim for 25.4 bars, but shims or beer cans work fine for 1 or 2 bolt ones.

Ok, next question. Will my 24mm cross levers work with a mountain bike riser bar?

Electrical tape is an accident waiting to happen. you want a good metal on metal contact.
