29er Single speed wheelset

Im in the market for a single speed wheelset, The dropsouts are horizontal! So i do know I can not use a quickrelease, Im looking to use a bolted axel with a allen key head to bolt the rear wheel on which would eliminate a chain tensioner! where can i purchase it from?? Ive seen this setup in bike shops but not in catalogs or online! please help

I'm curious, why do you think a bolt-on axle will eliminate the need for chain tensioning?

The allen head bolt on will not be tight enough, I tried one and it stripped pretty quickly. I went back to the old standby of a quick release with a Surly Tuggnut. Also, a couple rides before the rear allen skewer stripped, the front one broke and I lost my front wheel on a fairly technical trail.

The Bianchi SOK,Rita ss bikes does not come with a tensioner! Thats why i mentioned NO tentioner needed! Maybe those bikes they needed to ADD tentioners? What is a surly tugnut?? and that will work with the quick release??

if you think QR with horizontal doesn't work, then you are mistaken.

It's perfectly okay to put periods at the ends of sentences! I do! Try it?!?

I'm confused, maybe I'm missing something but isn't OP's question fairly standard? I don't understand all the debate in this thread.

OP, you can use a QR on horizontals, although I wouldn't say it's ideal.

A surly tuggnut is a chain tensioner:

If you're running a SS w horizontals, chain tensioners will keep your back wheel from sliding forward in the drops, thus loosening your chain.

Well, in his defense, you asked a very basic question a simple google query could have answered.

QR with chromed horizontal dropouts worked just fine in the 7sp days. no reason why it wouldn't work now.
