700c frame and 27" wheels/fork

Few questions about 700c frame and 27" wheels/fork... Ok, i really like the vintage track look! So i like the way of having 27" chrome wheels set... (and cant really find some chrome 700c?)

The question is::
I have a nice looking 700c frame and i would like to put 27" wheels on it (it fit i already try) but this affect something?

also my stem was stuck in the fork, so now my fork is not in good condition anymore... I need a new one...
Always in the old looking mood, i found a nice all chromed 27" fork (on ebay just tap: 27" 27 INCH CHROME FIXED GEAR CLASSIC) i wondering if this can be install on my 700c frame??

Tell me if all this is a bit crazy, i will try to find a nice 700c fork.. He he!

Thank you in advance!

Math.

As long as the steerer is the right diameter and long enough for the frame, you can put a 12" fork in a 700c frame.

Also, you can polish aluminum rims and it will look like chrome, it just takes a bit of elbow grease and tlc once finished.
