No, it has brakes. Front ones and you can tell by the uni-bar brake lever.

Oh i guess they do, not rear though, so that proves they are surely fixed gears!

Bikes: too many

looks like coaster brake rear. second one has a real f'in vertical seatstay, maybe very vintage cannondale?

second one also has mad front tire clearance. forget toe overlap, this has frame overlap.
