Deda Elementi CronoNero Bars
Has anyone used the Deda CronoNero bars or at least seen them in person? I'm swapping my dropped bars for either the CronoNero or the Profile T2 bullhorns. There are a lot of pics out there of the T2s from every angle so I have a pretty good idea of what's going on there. The Dedas, however, are way less photographed. I basically have the stock photo and the little beaut below.
Ben's Cycle's website confirmed that the Dedas are flat across the top, like the T2s. My question is when the flats on top are pretty much horizontal, are the horns angled down? I can't find a pic of the Deda's from the side so I can't really see what the angles are like. Little help?

I really like them. finally found a set of horns where i'm not thinking 'these are pretty nice....if only!"
i've had Syntace Stratos and Nitto RB-021's which both had drawbacks in my opinion.
the wing shape of the flats ends up working out great, i'm just getting the reach dialed in right now.
the one bad thing, which should totally be overlooked, is they get scuffed up really really easily. my bars were brand new yesterday, and the scuffs you see are from being rested against a white cabinet door. i don't think it's damaging the finish of the bars as much as the paint or powdercoat they use attracts every little thing.

Thanks so much for the pic and opinion, G60! You really came through big time.
Does anyone else have an opinion of the Profile Design T2 or the Dedo CronoNero bars? Whether you've tried them or not, I'd be interested to hear it.

From: My response would have been something along the lines of: "Does your bike have computer controlled suspension? Then shut your piehole, this baby is from the future!"

Wow, those Deda CronoNero bars are really nice, I find that I'm never in the drops, so I think I'm going to go out and get a pair!

That's the same reason I'm looking at bullhorns. I just never go in the drops so I'm letting them go. Plus, my bike still has all of it's stock parts. I want to start making it my own.
