Question about handlebars.

Hi, this may be a dumb question to most but i just wanted to find out how to get a handler bar like this,
https://images.google.com/imgres?imgu...a%3DN%26um%3D1
Doesn't have to be carbon fiber and all, i guess my question is, are these bars custom? do i just buy a normal handler bar and cut it on the sides or can you buy them straight from the store.
Thank you very much for your time. If anyone knows a site where i can buy one at, please let me know. thanks!

Bikes: S-Works e5 Aerotech with 2009 Veloce and a Fulcrum 5s

You just buy some riser bars and cut them down.

I literally Googled "Black carbon fiber riser bars" and got umpteen-thousand results. That should at least get you started...
