Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

Opinions?
That chick is real scary and that frame is way overpriced for welded 4130.

Hand made in the US, although I don't really think it's possible for a competent manufacturer to screw up a welded frame no matter what their location.

Haha. I agree. All the parts on the bike are expensive, nitto stem, duraace group, etc to make their frame look better. 475 really is alot, you could get so much better.

I've always thought the lo pro was a ripoff too, its kinda like a kilo (isnt everything?) but pursuit.

fork looks nice, but there's no way i can take affinity seriously anymore.

75 degree headtube. got it

fork rake: 45 degrees. what is that a ****ing lowrider bike fork?

i'm assuming they mean an offset of 45mm, which is a hell of a lot for 75 DEGREE HEADTUBES. the trail on that has to be garbage.

If they are like BD MSRP, it means the frameset only costs about $250.

Tough crew here--- although I agree that it is a bit odd to try pushing these frames at this price without using a branded tubeset. What advantages does this have over a Soma Rush, for example?

it is a crappy pic set.
And the rake on the fork is odd for the steep ht angle. Should be like 38mm or even less. I call that a lack of design care.
Fork does look pretty nice.
DON'T TALK SH*T ABOUT TOTAL or the lo-pro. That's a sexy beast of a bike.
