Cannondale Capo or Iro Angus

I currently ride the Angus and I don't really have any problems with it, however I'm looking at somewhat racing track as well. The bike that I would end up keeping would have to be able to be moderately decent at the track, and can handle group rides.

Opinions?

Builds:
Angus: Sugino 75, Thomson Seatpost, Nitto Jag. 80mm, Nitto b123, Roll saddle, Sylvans with Toshis. Velocity Deep V

Capo: (Planned build) Cannondale SI Carbon Fork, Giant Carbon Aero Seatpost, Truvativ Omniums, and whatever ends up on it.

angus. 631 is more comfy on the road but still stiff on the track. also the new capo is overpriced and ugly.

I didn't say anything about getting the new ones. Its mainly from a frame stand point as I have different forks and most other parts.

ideally that was what I planned to do myself, however with what's available to me right now its between these too. And I have been on the track, had a blast and can't wait to come back.

they are only "over-priced" because they are made in USA. personally, i don't mind fronting extra to support American jobs.

to the OP: since you said you were concentrating on the frame, i would go for the capo. its assuredly more expensive --- i actually called my local dealer today and they said the frame-set was $650. it's made to order and apparently they paint it a color of your choice (i didn't ask on the color options). again, expensive, but i'm personally going to order one.

Having had both, I'd get the CAPO. The Angus was heavy and soft IMHO.
