getting warmer though eh, it's so close, maybe it's a different year like you suggested of the other one. it has a different seat clamp too. put it in a 12k weave and it is damn close. WTH is diytrade.com though. Wholesaler I guess.

It's definitely not a Planet X.
It's a triathlon/TT bike converted for track use. That's why it has a spot for a front derailleur, water bottle bosses, and why it has short rear track ends (drop outs).
It's most likely made from a standard mold from a manufacturer/distributor in Asia. They sell them to turn-key bike companies and add "Your Company Name Here" to all of the gear. There may be a number of companies offering this frame.
You can get a Planet X for about $850 shipped from England. I know 3 guys that have them at the velodrome. Good bikes.

Given how short horizontal rear fork-ends are and the front derailleur mount, I would be willing to bet that it is Planet X's TT/Tri bike. The weave is a little bit smaller on the bike on craigslist, but it could be an older year.
EDIT:
After some more research, the company that made these frames for Planet X is called XDS-Carbon Tech. They have two models of a TT frame; the X-B14, and the X-B14B. The differences are slightly different shape, and what looked to be slightly different weave. Perhaps this is why this frame is a No-Name to the Seller. XDS is an overseas (Chinese) company.
