I agree. I think it's funny that a pretty average looking girl gets bashed when she takes her shirt off for a message board picture. I don't know if I'd go as far to call her hot, but there's something hot ABOUT her. I'm sure all of you guys have done worse after a few cocktails.

We need another "how do you stick your spokecards in the wheel"-thread. That was a real refreshment. How about "how do you raise your seatpost?" - I'm sure a lot of people wonder but do not dare to ask.

All this time I've been sitting on two phone books and a stack of take-out menus duct taped to my saddle. Boy do I feel like a heel!

You kid, but that's about the only solution that would have worked with the old beater I built up last year: the steel seatpost was so thoroughly seized into the steel frame (no amount of penetrating oil or torque helped) that cutting it and welding an extension would have been my last resort.
Instead, I just removed my components and ditched the frame (with the seatpost). Together in life, together in death, inseparable forever.

Actually, Scrod, I think that you're the one who missed it.
To score max points you should have been wearing a Catholic school girl skirt. Now that would be hot!
