I guess I need to look into this train... It looks like STP is gonna sell more tickets on the 18th so I still have a chance to figure something out. I was gonna do the ride with my ex but after that didn't work out I kinda forgot about it until the other day. I've been meaning to hipster it up in portland.

Yup. The front and rear wheels are interchangeable.

Bicycle Repair Man !!!
Surly makes several forks for the Pugsley and Moonlander with and without offset and with 100 or 135mm spacing... you can run a standard 100mm hub or in the case of the Pugsley the front spacing is 135 and it uses a drive wheel. It provides for a second drive be that an SS or fixed cog, cassette, or if you did not mind the weight, another IGH.
Swapping the wheels is not something you would do all the time as it isn't that quick and easy because the combination of rear facing drops and a disc brake in the rear makes extracting the rear wheel a little more time consuming (the brake has to be removed).

Haha, I've considered it, but I've decided to hold out for a Dura Ace post (if it exists), since the current seatpost is perfectly functional.
I already have an extra stem that I used for less than month because I thought I wouldn't be able to find a DA stem, and I don't really want even more extra parts that I don't intend to keep.
yummy, more detail/closeup pics!

Edit: I should say I have seen them advertised. I have never confirmed their existence. I've never seen an aero (7400b) in that size.

I am aware that this is super long shot and am not expecting to find one in the near future.
Apparently this is a thing that people do for pictures. It used to bother me too.

Fresh Garbage
The Kalloy Radius come in a whole range of sizes, but it seems 25.8 is too weird.

I think photo etiquette is to do big/small in front of a white garage.
I ride big/big a lot because I'm lazy. Cross chain all day, ever day.
