Ha! I saw Dan's pics and immediately went and checked the website. Seems like a pretty good deal.

$6 pizza. NO.

I paid $900 for it. I would have gone with the green one, but it was sold out. This thing is a stupid fun as my first mountain bike was 20 years ago.

Im im not a BD fan but if they are the first to market with a cheap(ish) SS* or IGH fat bike, I may order one.

*yes, I am aware of the walmart fat bike. I want something that will accept drops and trp hydraulic discs.

rapides spin up quicker...obviously handle worse in a crosswind....and the stopping power is less than great.
assaults seem more durable (i actually built them myself, so maybe it's mental) and stop way better.
and, i love all my bikes equally.

No different than any other bike. If anything it's quieter because the housings run the full length.

So I assume your bike doesn't have a headtube but one big lug up front.

Lovin that signature landshark paint nonetheless.
