Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

Loving the Ironman! White & red are classic, the black nipples on the spokes really add an interesting dimension to the rims. I like it!

Testing B17. It is competing with Flite Gel Flow. Do not know what to say... I would breed them together.

esp on bikes where the handlebars are pretty close to the same height as the saddle, i find a b17 needs to be tilted a lot more than you think it should be.

Thanks. The nipples are actually brass with a little surface oxidation that darkens them.

just finished this up tonight...1987 bridgestone mb-2. all original components minus the tires/bars and saddle- black b17 coming soon.
this was one of the years when Grant had a lot of influence at the company.
this is the only year to feature the "hidden" roller cam brake, and is the rare "black and carbon" colorway...not the more popular green/yellow combo.
i <3 it already!
