Do you know Kenton Hoppas or Frankie "Danger" DelaFuente?
My friends and I used to also ride a lot out to past the airport and way out to the Cabrillo monument. I'll be coming back eventually, we should hook up for some fixie fun. There are a bunch of good bars in northpark and southpark. Email me.. |
william,
is this bike going to be ridden on the street or track or both? what is your beef with the isis interface? velo news did that crank comparision awhile back; aside from the new d-a 10, fsa's carbon road cranks (which are black... hehehe) with the isis interface were the stiffest and lightest. i do think onetinsloth has a very valid point about those vigorelli's though. why don't you get some track cranks powdercoated? i know several people who have had cranks powdercoated and they look great and are very durable. i'm not sure if that would be violating thylacine's cute little policy or not. if you are concerned about quality of the cranks first and foremost, get the cranks you want and worry about the looks later. don't compromise your need of quality and track specific for the look of black... |
