Motobecane Track v Kilo TT sizing

i currently have a 50cm Kilo TT (523mm effective top tube) w/ a 90mm stem, and wanted to get some advice on sizing a Motobecane Track 2010.

wondering if it makes more sense to get the 49cm size (515mm effective top tube) w/ a 100mm stem, or the 52cm size (540mm effective top tube) w/ a 80mm stem?

any advice/recommendations on going one way or the other?

i guess one thing that would be nice would be the least amount of toe overlap...
