I have the MKS NJS tensioners. I love them. If they fit your bike, they rule. I have heard that other people are haveing trouble putting these on their bikes though.

The MKS do indeed fit the Fuji Track...I know 'cause I had them on mine before I sold it. They work great, too.

be careful with some of the bmx tensioners. bmx bikes tend to have longer dropouts than trackbikes. you may run out of dropout before yr chain is properly tensioned.

does anyone know if the mks would fit a khs flite100??

does anyone know if a MKS fit a 2003 bianchi pista without filing/thinning the edge of dropouts?
(I suspect it can be made to fit, just like to know if there is any effort involved)

I don't know about the MKS, but I've heard a bunch of people say the Redlines fit the Pista very well.

About the MKS and your questions. Send me a pic and measurements (thickness, height) of your dropouts and I'll compare them to my IRO ones which fit the MKS tensioners.

from what i understand the mks tensioners fit most dropouts, except maybe hooded ones, like the sub 11 (surly) dropouts. i think john from businesscycles says something about this on his website.

Here are some pics I just took so you can see MKS...if you have trackends/dropouts that are 6mm or less thick, then MKS wil be dandy.

Maybe, but compared to MKS, they all look like cheap crud to me (except surly tuggnut offcourse).

How did you take those beutiful pictures. Everytime I attempt a closeup with the nikon digital thingie the light reflects off of metal in weird ways.

When I do close-ups, I turn the strobe off and use a couple of incandescent lamps. The auto white balance seems to compensate well enough.

I just got lucky I suppose - put them on an orange file folder then placed near a window and used macro/close-up setting on Cannon Powershot...a few with flash didn't turn out well. Point & shoot for me since I'm not a photography buff.

I just got my Redlines in yesterday and slapped 'em on. I like them a lot. They're light, easy to adjust, and I think the black ones fit my bike very well, aesthetically speaking. And they were $10.

I don't know what else to ask for, besides a rounder chainring. I never realized how oblong that damn thing is until I was able to get the chain so toight.
