Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? Boston: best courier company

i was reading my dad's boston magazine, and saw that this year's best messenger company is "marathon messenger". It was a cool little article, and they had a picture of all the riders together, it was pretty much a picture of the couriers you see most often in boston, which was cool. maybe next year i'll look into getting a job with marathon, im sure they get much more business than USA. so anyone from boston, who do you guys ride for?

Bikes: specialized langster

I used to work for Marathon. Stuart runs a honest company thats pretty good to work for. You can really bill the clients well for some of the stuff you deliver. Not the best or coolest company but better then 90% of them. When you work for Marathon you ride alot. There is one good loop that takes you from downtown, Cambridge, Brighton, Brookline, Backbay, and back to downtown. Quick ride but it usually pays you close to 25 bucks or so.
