Kilo TT Pro - Who got one recently?
Asking because from what I am reading here BD sometimes adds stuff (brakes, freewheels) that are not noted in the specifications for the bike. I have a TT Pro coming on Monday (Happy Birthday, me) and was wondering if they are shipping with any undocumented goodness.

Thanks guys....feels like Christmas morning is coming tomorrow. Got to arrange to have someone home to sign for it, I'd be thoroughly bummed to come home to the dreaded "We tried to deliver" door hanger.

Hey guys - excuse my ignorance here, I'm waiting on a TT Pro to be delivered too and noticed a comment above that said it doesn't ship with a freewheel. I was under the impression you could ride this bike freewheel as delivered, but after re-reading the description, I'm thinking that it's capable of being ridden freewheel but it's necessary to buy a freewheel? Is that correct?

HELL YEAH!!!! Those UPS guys usually knock once or ring the bell once, wait for a nanosecond and start heading back to the truck. I usually gotta haul ass to the window and tell them I'm coming down and they"re already walkin back to the truck. Bastards! If I had a dime for every time i received the dreaded "we tried card" I could feed a small village somewhere!

Just got here. F+R brakes included and no freewheel. About an hour of assembly and it's rolling. Half of the hour spent finding my presta adapter. Immediately dumped the rear brake and took it for my first fixie ride since I was 3. Very cool but will take some adjustment (me, not the bike). Loving it so far but it will be quite some time till I am confident on it.

Cool that they dropped the price. At that price, it's def a better buy than the regular Kilo. Personally i'd still prefer the decal-less frame on the stripper and deluxe versions though.

Mine arrived today too, came to my office since I don't have anyone at home to accept it, now I gotta lug the box home on the subway...should be interesting. Anyways - I think I'll only install the front brake, but I haven't ridden this way before. Still pretty safe? Anything I should be aware of? Thx...

My Slate TT Pro should be coming in on thursday... All the extra parts I ordered (GR-9, MKS cages/straps, DA cog, DA lockring, Rb-021) should be here by Friday, hopefully, or else i'll have to wait til Monday.. I'll try to take some pictures when I get all the parts.

Mine was delivered today. However, I live in Toronto so I had to have it shipped to Buffalo. I can't make it to Buffalo till Monday because I'm going to be in Montreal for the next couple of days
