Did I buy the wrong Brake lever?

Hello, I was at a Bike Swap meet, and I bought some new Bullhorns and A brake lever to go with them since the lever I have right now on my risers is to Slim.

So I bought Origin 8 Bullhorns and then a Tektro RL 5 lever to go with them. But I think That is a inline lever. So Is there anyway to mount it as the only lever? if not, I guess its a 5$ lesson.

Thanks for the help.

same lever i have on my bullhorns. probably not the best option, but definitely one of the cheapest ones. you can pretty much just mount it and put the cable through, it works fine.

the cable stop just kinda dangles out the back if it's the same (and i think it is) as my origin8 crosstop levers.
