I did. No on both account. It looks mediocre and not very comfortable as you must clench hard not to slip forward. ... I know because I used to ride on it myself. You don't wanna look foolish like me, do you?

Exactly, that's what I did. But I felt dumb once I really got a real bullhorn. ... Especially because I had to cut a good drop bar for it just like that. (Then the no one would swap it with me and I don't need it. So it went into my trash bin. Guess you should've asked the last year, I could've given mine to you for free. I might've paid the shipping cost myself.)

What would be the advantage of that over running them right-side-up?

none really, except that i like the look. if it could provide the same functionality and comfort as a regular bullhorn it might be worth trying

FOUR THOUSAND Euros for that?

Wow. Just. Wow. Spend 1000€ and then spend 3000€ travelling the world with the bike instead.

You could just ride on the top of regular drops and it would be the same thing + 1 hand position. But you already have hoods so you're just psychotic.

Let me get this straight. You want to unnecessarily remove a hand position because you saw another bike like that, and it "looked awesome?"

I dunno about handle positions. I am just saying it isn't really worth awhile money-wise. For some people, s/he might need to pay to dispose of the trashed bars these days.
