Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

Hello!! Presentation

Hi,

My Name in Mike. I am starting with this sport an I need some guidance, please

I have got a Peugeot 103 Carbolite (whatever that means). It feels a bit large for me, but it was given to me by a friend that has left the country. I am in England but originally from North spain.

I am 1.67m and my leg 30" the top tube is about 23"

I would appreciate some guidance on how to remove the gears on the back wheel.

Thanks and pleased to meet you

M.

Bikes: Miyata 210, Fuji Royale II, Bridgestone Kabuki, Miyata Ninety

Also, while it may be a hard pill to swallow, your bike is too big. Be glad you didn't pay anything for it, and find another one.
