New bike help!

Okay im 4'8 350 lbs and im thinking of getting a 61 cm offline ive never been fitted to a bike. My budget is $120 but i want my bike to have gold rims with silver lugs (real silver) I also was aerospokes. I want it to be as light as possible so im thinking somthing around 6.3 lbs someone point me in the right direction?
