CL How much should I offer?
Looking for a new bike and not that knowlegable. I know there seems to be a NYC tax on anything single speed or fixed. i just wanted to know what i should offer for these bikes.

I also found a cromoly frame with tange headset and sugino rd cranks for 130. I'm thinking this is a solid deal.
