mercier kilo TT sizing

I'm getting the mercier kilo TT bike off of bikesdirect. Is this a reliable site? Also, how should I determine the size of the bike that I want. I'm 5'4" and I'm not sure whether I want a 50 or a 53. Are the kilos similar to other road bikes or do they run large/small? What size bike do you suggest? My inseam is 29-30ish.

The kilo runs a little big.

And judging by how many Kilo TT's have been sold off of BD, I would say they are a pretty reliable site lol

Unless you are a woman (longer legs), 47. I'm a 5'4" male and the 47 is actually a bit tall for me.
