(Yet another) Which Frameset?

These 'what should i pick' threads don't always go well, but i'm pulling my hair out trying to decide on a new frame. So here goes...

I have it narrowed down to a couple, but it goes up and down depending on the time of day

The first frame is made with columbus spirit tubing and fillet-brazed - DROOL. they (flwrider) tell me the frame is customizable in size and headset sizing, etc. which is always nice. However, I can't get any details on the manufacturer - obviously my assumption is that it's (at best) nobody special. But the work looks good in the pictures.

The second frame is the toyo godzilla. yes, yes i know the standard answer - 'it's overpriced for what you get' but i hear it's a great frame from everyone that has tried it. Unfortunately, it seems that city grounds has 'fixed the glitch' and it's back to normal pricing vs. when it was listed at $699 last week.

To a lesser extent, I was also looking at the gorilla zengang. It's VERY similar to the godzilla, but made with columbus zona tubing i think.

one interesting thing i read out about gorilla is that they use two frame builders for their steel bikes and one of them is Giovanni Pelizzoli (Ciocc for those that don't know, as i didn't). I thought that was pretty interesting. I wonder if he was somehow involved with the bareknuckle since that was built in italy and also looks the same.

- None of these frames are 'made in america' so we can leave that argument off the table.
- They are all roughly in the same price range, so that's out. But i do expect to hear a few 'spend less on the frame' arguments nonetheless.
- No LBS carries these for me to test ride.

So what to go for - amazing materials with the flwrider or lesser (but still good) materials and known manufacturing on the godzilla?

Socks' review on the Godzilla I would pick the godzilla solely based on his bike. I caught a fleeting glimpse of it at his LBS and it is gorgeous!

I talked to Socks about it quickly before and he still had nothing but good things to say.

But - hmmmmm, columbus spirit...

Bikes: Geekhouse Deerfield, GT Edge Ti, Spooky Skeletor, TET Track, Ritchey P-650b, Bridgestone MB-3

The FLWRIDER looks like an amazing frame. I think the colorway is ugly, though.
